How Do I Add Tafi as a Payment Method in Tilopay?
You can access the form under +Add Payment Method from the Customizations section, and you’ll also find it in the Payment Methods section.
Tafi is a Panamanian platform that lets customers at participating merchants pay in installments through WhatsApp in Panama.
To offer this payment method to your customers, you must meet the following requirements:
Your business must be located in Panama.
You must set the minimum purchase amount to $20 USD.
The end customer must be registered on the Tafi platform.
We recommend inviting your customers to sign up for the Tafi platform to access this payment option. Check the official Tafi website regularly for the latest terms and conditions to ensure you use the service properly.
To add the Tafi Payment Method, you can access the form under +Add Payment Method from the Customizations section or the Payment Methods section.
You can also use the toggle to enable Test Mode if you want to test the different Payment Methods you’ve activated. Next to it, you’ll find Test Cards that you can use to run tests in a secure environment.
When you enable Test Mode, a message will appear at the top of every screen in the Tilopay Admin Panel alerting you that you’re in this mode.
* Test Mode only supports one-time test transactions, not recurring charges.
Enable Toggle: Use this to enable or disable the selected Payment Method.
SmartRouting: Tilopay lets you enable SmartRouting for each Payment Method.
This intelligent transaction routing helps improve your approval rate, increasing your business revenue.
Edit: Use this when you need to Edit the Payment Method details.
Trash: Use this when you want to delete payment link records. This action CANNOT be undone.
After completing the form to add Tafi as a Payment Method, remember to Activate It from the Payment Methods section.
