Acquiring tools
What it covers#
These are the tools that work over Tilopay's acquiring API: card payments, payment links and the data around them. They come enabled with standard MCP access, with no extra request, and they always operate on the merchant tied to the MCP user.
The banking API tools are a separate case: they are enabled on request and require banking API credentials.

Transaction lookups, sales metrics and modifying a transaction (capture, refund or reversal).

Creating, reading and deleting payment links, plus preparing delivery over WhatsApp or email.

Reading the catalog of products and services the merchant already created as payment links.

The merchant address book: saved contacts to reuse phone and email when sending a payment link.
- Business profile and recipes3 tools
The merchant business profile (what they do, what they sell, how they charge and what they want to improve) and the automation recipes the agent suggests from it.
- Micro-store and orders10 tools
Micro-stores with a cart built from the catalog, plus managing the orders they generate: setup, summary, listing, pending deliveries and closing.
- Alerts and notifications2 tools
The merchant WhatsApp alerts: approved and declined charges, daily summary and orders. These tools only read and change the settings; they do not send messages on their own.
- Payment receipts2 tools
Receipts for approved charges: listing them and resending a customer the receipt for their payment.
- Reminders3 tools
WhatsApp reminders, one-off or recurring, which can run an agent action when they fire (sales summary, pending links, balances).

Subscription plans and their subscribers: reading, creating and editing plans, coupons, subscription links, failed charges and the guided step-by-step to build a plan.
Customers' stored cards and bulk collections: tokenization, available payment methods, charging a stored card, removing a card and collection groups.
