What Is the Virtual Terminal?

The Virtual Terminal was previously known as Manual Charge or Open Dataphone. This tool in the Tilopay Admin Dashboard lets you charge customers in real time when they have securely saved their credit or debit cards through tokenization to pay for your products or services.

To request activation, you must complete an identity and information verification and validation process. Please send your request to cumplimiento@tilopay.com

Once you're approved and your Virtual Terminal is active, simply click Create Virtual Terminal, follow the steps provided, and charge your customer.

You are 100% responsible for these transactions. Make sure the customer is legitimate and uses payment methods that belong to them.
