What Is the Virtual Terminal?

The Virtual Terminal was previously known as Manual Charge or Open Card Terminal. It's a tool in the Tilopay Admin Dashboard that lets you charge customers in real time after they've securely saved their credit or debit cards (tokenization) to pay for your products or services.

To request activation, you must complete an identity and information verification and validation process. Please send your request to cumplimiento@tilopay.com

Once you're approved and your Virtual Terminal is active, simply click Create Virtual Terminal, follow the steps provided, and charge your customer.

You are 100% responsible for these transactions. Make sure the customer is legitimate and only uses payment methods that belong to them.
