How Do I Add Tafi as a Payment Method in Tilopay?
You can access the form in the +Add Payment Method section from the Customizations section, or you can find it in the Payment Methods section.
Tafi is a Panamanian platform that offers installment payments via WhatsApp at participating merchants in Panama.
If you want to offer this payment method to your customers, you must meet the following requirements:
Your business must be located in Panama.
You must set the minimum purchase amount to $20 USD.
The end customer must be registered on the Tafi platform.
We recommend inviting your customers to register on the Tafi platform so they can access this payment option. Check the terms and conditions directly on the official Tafi website to ensure you use the service properly and have the latest information.
To add Tafi as a Payment Method, you can access the form in the +Add Payment Method section from either the Customizations section or the Payment Methods section.
You can also use the toggle to enable Test Mode if you want to test the different Payment Methods you’ve enabled. Next to it, you’ll find Test Cards that you can use to run tests in a secure environment.
When you enable Test Mode, a message will appear at the top of every screen in the Tilopay Admin Portal alerting you that you’re in this mode.
* Test Mode only works for one-time test transactions, not recurring charges.
Enable Toggle: Use this to enable or disable the selected Payment Method.
SmartRouting: Tilopay lets you enable SmartRouting for each Payment Method.
This intelligent transaction routing helps improve approval rates, increasing your business revenue.
Edit: Use this when you need to Edit the Payment Method details.
Trash: Use this when you want to delete payment link records. This action CANNOT be undone.
Once you’ve completed the form to add Tafi as a Payment Method, remember to Enable It from the Payment Methods section.
