1- Go to our website at www.connect.tilopay.com. There, you'll find a button to start the onboarding process.
2- Once you do, we'll show you a list of the documents you'll need to upload during the process, whether you're applying as an individual or a legal entity.
3- If you have all the documents, the next step is to complete an onboarding form, create your Tilopay account, and upload the documents listed above.
4- Once we have everything, we'll validate the information and approve your business according to the guidelines established by SUGEF and the Ministry of Finance.
5- Once approved, your business will receive its Tilopay credentials to configure the e-commerce platform. That's it—you can start offering this service to your customers.
