Natural Person Requirements:

  • Identity document: Cédula or Dimex
  • Registered as a taxpayer
  • Costa Rican bank account under your name

Legal Entity Requirements:

  • Identity document of the legal representative: Cédula, Dimex or Passport
  • Legal Entity registered as a taxpayer
  • Costa Rican bank account under the name of the legal entity
  • Ultimate beneficiary ownership certificate (UBO)

The documents presented must be issued with a minimum validity of 3 months.
