# Validate a banking API destination account

> Checks a destination account before sending a transfer to it: holder, account type, currency and status. It does not move money.

Validates a destination account before transferring: PHONE for SINPE Móvil or IBAN for account transfer. Returns the holder name the bank confirms.

**Parameters**

result = data the banking API returns about the destination account (holder, account type, currency and status) before sending a transfer. It does not move money.
