# Confirm the transfer

>   using the 6-digit code the Banca Cliente portal sent to the merchant's email (valid for 30

The final result is not in this response: it arrives later as a notice from the bank (transfer
completed or failed); there is no need to poll for it. If the account has dual control, the
response stays at `awaiting_approval` and the approver decides with `banca_decide_approval`.
